This Mary Eteeyan miniature butterfly pot is a stunning piece of Native American pottery, handcrafted by Mary Louise Eteeyan of Jemez Pueblo in New Mexico. This artful little polychrome bowl features painted native geometric designs on the pot. It is topped with a painted and sculpted butterfly on the lid. Mary started making pottery in the late 70’s. She has won several first place ribbons and her work is shown in many prominent galleries.
This miniature is 1.5” in diameter and 1.25” tall.
There is a chip on the lid that was repaired (pictured). It is otherwise in great condition.
