20th c Chinese Red Lacquer Box with Foo Dog Motif

This vintage red lacquer box is decorated with two foo dogs playing with a ball.  Each side has a different image of gifts or food.  The box is hand painted and incised.  It is made of paper mache and is painted black on the inside 

The box is 18” x 13 3/4” x 3 1/2”

This is in good vintage condition with a few nicks on the edges and a spot on the bottom where the lacquer has chipped off
