The dip pen is 7.5” long. The nib is marked C CS Freer New York 5. The body is marked sterling.
The pencil is 3 5/8” long. The collar is marked sterling.
The nib is bent as shown in the last photo and the case has discoloration here and there commensurate with age.
Both the pen and pencil have an aged patina which you could polish to a shine if that is your preference. The pencil extends and retracts as it should. The case opens smoothly and closes tightly.
