Fantastic vintage Santa Clara pottery in contrasting black tones. It is inset with a bird effigy design. The bottom is signed Teresita and Juan.
The pot measures 6.5” in diameter and 3.5” tall.
Unfortunately someone has used this valuable pottery as a planter. The upper rim is chipped here and there and the shiny glaze has been dulled by the outdoors. There is general wear here and there from the elements.
