There is some wear to the cover commensurate with age. The first 3 pages are stuck together right near the binding. The binding on the back cover is partially split but still intact. The rest of the binding is solid. Some of the pages have some light spots that look like someone touched them with dirty fingers but overall the pages are clean and in nice condition.
