Christofle, a renowned French silversmith foundry, created this Art Deco tea set in the late 1920’s. It was part of their silver plated Alpacca based hollowware. This hollowware utilizes high quality silver over their trademark metal blanc.
The teapot is 8” wide and 5” tall. The creamer is 5” wide and 2.75” tall. The sugar bowl is 3.25” wide and 2.5” tall.
All pieces are stamped on the bottom with a silver stamp, Christofle, and a production number.
Overall the set is in great condition with no dents or chips. There are some scratches on the bases from use and a bit of tarnish to the silver which you could polish to a shine if you should choose.
