The base is 12” in diameter at its widest point. The lamp is 28.5” tall. 

The shade has some damage and discoloration on one side. If you turn the shade to the back the seam shows (pictured). You may want to replace the shade. 

There is a chip on the inside of the glass base. It is on the inside only and is not evident from the outside. The lamp is otherwise in great working condition.
