Rare Disney Minnie Mouse Ornament

There is wear and oxidation to the surface of the ornament as shown. There are a few black marks to the left side of Minnie. The cap sits slightly askew but is firmly in place. I pulled up slightly on the cap and there doesn’t appear to be any chipping on the neck. There are no chips or cracks in the glass. The cap has a small amount of rust
