This beautiful olla style pot was created by master potter Manuel Olivas. Manuel and his daughter Bianca are known to be two of the premier makers of replica prehistoric Lola’s and effigies that came from Paquime Mexico. He was born in 1940 and died in 2007. This piece was probably created mid - late 20th century.
The pot is signed on the bottom and is 5” in diameter and 6” tall.
It is in great condition with no chips, cracks or breaks. There are two small light spots (shown in the pictures) which may or may not be part of the glaze.
